At RDO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings and appliances. If an item isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RDO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and accessories to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  For large furniture or appliances, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time; for smaller decor items, simply drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
